**About the Role**
As the Manager Sales and Service Excellence, you'll be a key player in our State Leadership team, driving a strong sales and service culture to make BOQ Group the go-to bank for our customers. Your mission is to support Customer Service Managers, Branch Managers, and Executive Branch Managers in creating effective operating rhythms, delivering top-notch customer experiences, and fostering a performance culture that aligns with our Group Values and Strategies.

You'll coach leaders to build a high-performing, customer-first culture, helping customers achieve their deposit and lending goals while maintaining strong retention outcomes. You'll guide leaders in setting clear performance goals, optimising balance sheets, and making quality, risk-based decisions. Collaboration is essential, as you'll work with internal project teams and change leaders to champion new initiatives that advance our digital migration.
