Sales & Service Manager
to own revenue growth, lead a high-performing team, and deliver premium client experiences.

About the Role

The Sales & Service Manager is a critical leadership role at Sell in Style. You'll be responsible for
owning the entire sales engine — from enquiry to install — while making sure every client receives a premium, fast, and frictionless service experience.

This is not just a sales role. It's about
building trust with Brisbane's top agents, developers, and builders
, coaching and driving a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that every stage of our client journey reflects the values that have made Sell in Style Brisbane's leading property styling company.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and the Creative Director to align growth, service, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Own the sales pipeline and forecast — ensuring we consistently hit and exceed revenue and install targets.
  • Drive new client acquisition while also reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Lead account penetration strategies to convert single-agent relationships into full-agency adoption.
  • Deliver proposals and maintain pricing discipline, ensuring fast turnaround times and accuracy.

Client Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure all enquiries are acknowledged within 4 hours and proposals delivered promptly.
  • Take ownership of client service standards — NPS, Google reviews, complaint resolution, and retention rates.
  • Strengthen loyalty by moving clients up the engagement ladder (from one-off users to long-term partners).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to agents, developers, and builders, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.

Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead and coach BDMs, Consultation Specialists, and Admin/Service staff to consistently hit 90%+ of their individual targets.
  • Run weekly team huddles, reviews, and training to ensure performance and service standards are maintained.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Take full authority over team performance reviews, coaching, and performance improvement when required.

Operational & Strategic Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Client Service, Logistics, and Creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of installs without service errors.
  • Ensure CRM and sales data are accurate, up to date, and used to inform strategy.
  • Provide leadership reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and client loyalty.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and service initiatives in partnership with the Managing Director.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven
    sales leader
    with experience managing high-performing sales or client service teams.
  • Strong
    people management skills
    — able to coach, hold accountable, and motivate 4-5 direct reports.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting revenue, conversion, and client retention targets.
  • Client-centric mindset
    with the ability to balance closing deals and protecting relationships.
  • Skilled in negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM-driven sales discipline.
  • Excellent communication - able to influence Principals, Developers, and internal teams with clarity and authority.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Industry knowledge in property, real estate, or home services (preferred, not essential).
