**Company Description** Kieser is an integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning Clinic with a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists.**

Accelerate your career in customer service and healthcare by joining the Kieser team as their new Client Advisor. This is a concierge customer service role suitable for someone who is bubbly, confident and has prior customer service experience.

Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service. We’re energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing people with exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills. We have an A+ attitude, an eye for detail and are the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and colleagues.

**As a Client Advisor you will**:

- Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, online payments)
- Promote Kieser’s services
- Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Host our clients like they’re your favourite dinner guests

We are looking for someone who thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a high-performing team, that is interested in healthcare and living an active lifestyle.
**Qualifications**
- Essential: Year 12 graduate
- Essential: Experience using software systems and computers
- Preferred: Experience processing card payments & cash handling
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service, hosting or reception
- Preferred: Experience in medical, allied health or front of house hospitality environments

**Additional Information**
- Client Advisor shift times** **in clinic are between between Mon-Fri 7am - 8pm and Saturdays 8-1pm
- Salary is aligned to tiers in the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 - position begins at Level 3
