**About the Role**:
This Account Manager role is crucial to the next stage of our business, and we're seeking someone with the expertise and enthusiasm to hit the ground running. You will support the Senior Account Manager in managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring we deliver the high standards we're known for while supporting our clients and broader team. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager and working closely with our Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of client relationships as their trusted marketing advisor and champion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, becoming their go-to marketing expert and partner.
**Project Management**:Oversee client needs, business objectives, and expectations to ensure on-brand, impactful campaigns.
**Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with departments (Strategy, Creative, Content, Web, and Digital) to drive success on client projects and new business.
**Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement customized marketing plans to align with each client's goals, ensuring maximum ROI.
**Client Meetings and Leadership**: Lead client meetings while ensuring projects adhere to timelines.
**Proactive Problem-Solving**:Identify opportunities to provide added value, demonstrating the agency's impact on client businesses.
**Industry Awareness**: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
**Performance Analysis**: Monitor campaign results, analyse data, and provide insightful client reports that showcase effectiveness and suggest improvements.
**About You**
You’re an experienced marketer with at least 3 years in marketing, media, or advertising. You are skilled at managing client communications and executing end-to-end campaigns, on time and within budget. Knowledgeable in _**brand and digital marketing**_, you can explain how they work together to drive growth. Ambitious and proactive, you’re always looking for ways to excel and develop in your career. Strategic yet hands-on, you have the skills and confidence to build strong client relationships.

- Self-starter with strong strategic and creative instincts.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for marketing, branding, and creative solutions.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and accounts, consistently seeking ways to add value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong project management abilities, adept at prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a talent for extracting insights from data and making data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Familiarity with CRMs, project management software, and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
