With our strong reputation and experiencing a large increase in our products and services, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable person to fill this permanent role.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales representative to become an integral part of the team.

**Work Skills and Responsibilities**
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs / requirements.
- Guiding customers through our diverse product range.
- A ‘sleeves rolled up' attitude and the onus to get things done, building momentum through delivering target outcomes.
- Collaborating with our commercial division to fulfill larger orders.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns proactively.
- Providing management with reports on customer interests, potential for new products and services, and competitive activities.
- Self motivated and can work hard with mínimal supervision.

**About You**
- Have high motivation, strength of character, and exceptional face-to-face selling skills.
- Have a proven track record in sales and the ability to engage with a wide range of people, building long-lasting relationships.
- Can effectively communicate and manage difficult conversations with contractors and clients, leading to positive outcomes.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to continuously prioritise tasks, and maintain a safety-conscious approach to work.
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment and either have flooring knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $42,760.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Salary packaging

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Canning Vale, WA 6155 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Canning Vale, WA 6155: Relocate before starting work (required)
