**ABOUT ROLE**

The sales representative position is to sell products and services over the phone or in-person via walk-in clients to prospective customers and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. This is a Sales talent position, you will get not only a base salary but also uncapped commissions, OTE 100K PLUS A YEAR
- Directly sell and deliver company products and services to customers, as well as identify new business opportunities
- Achieve volume and revenue sales targets as per the sales plan
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Continuously improve through feedback

**Qualifications**
- Unlimited Driver’s license
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales and Services Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Mandarin and Cantonese are highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

Self-motivated and can build enduring relationships with existing customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
