**The Opportunity**
We require a proficient and professional individual with excellent administration experience. You’ll need to demonstrate a track record in providing both business and project administration, project controls functions including cost control, co-ordination of inputs, documentation management and organisational support to a large and diverse team of people.
You’ll need to be commercially aware and understand the importance of meeting deadlines and providing quality outputs and service. It goes without saying that you’ll also need to be highly organised, a clear and confident communicator and be able to seek out and follow up on work in a proactive manner.
The position can be based in either our **Melbourne **or **Sydney **office.
We support flexible working arrangements. We are open to discussions on the flexibility that you need e.g. part time (by days or within school hours) or full time working either in the office full time or in a hybrid office/working from home arrangement.
**What we’ll like about you**
You will be highly organised and able to self-manage and take initiative, as well as seek assistance where required. We are looking for a team member who is friendly, professional and can maintain positive working relationships. You will have an eye for detail and accuracy in your work and possess the ability to prioritise and anticipate the needs of your team, whilst managing multiple and changing deadlines. Your tasks will include:
Providing excellent project administration assistance to various project managers and work package managers, including financial management, budget tracking and coordination of invoicing and payment
- Updating and tracking project requirements, proactively follow up on queries
- Updating and maintenance of internal databases, documentation registers, job files and archiving
- Typing and formatting reports, proposals, specifications, letters, and all other general correspondence
- Coordinating and attending project and team meetings, taking minutes, and preparing presentations
- General project administration and coordination tasks as and when required
- Other general business support functions to support the wider Industrial team as required
