Role Description

This is a contract role for a Support Coordinator, located in Adelaide, SA with some flexibility for remote work. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day case management, offering customer service, providing technical support, and coordinating care for NDIS participants. This hybrid role allows you to work both from home and on-site, ensuring that the needs of our participants are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Proven Case Management and Customer Service experience
  • Technical Support skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting people with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
