**About the Role**
The coordinator is responsible for recruitment, credentialing and/or operational functions under the guidance of the Senior coordinators & Deputy Director, Monash Doctors Workforce.
You will play an important role in ensuring our doctors meet the highest standards of qualification and competency. You will assist our Units in managing the recruitment process and overseeing the credentialing and compliance. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to efficiency will help us build a skilled and compliant workforce.
**Recruitment & Credentialing**:
- Medical workforce planning and establishment
- Recruitment and selection of paid and unpaid appointments where MDW has direct responsibility for these functions including interns, general trainees, physician trainees and surgical trainees
- Credentialing, contracting and on boarding of all medical staff (paid and unpaid appointments).
- Managing all aspects of on boarding to ensure medical staff are ‘work ready’
- Employment contracting of locum and secondment arrangements
**About You**

- Experience or strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of recruiting and credentialing medical staff.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and issues at once
- Skill in managing challenging situations calmly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven teamwork capabilities.
- Responsibility for your actions and their impact on others.
- Adaptability to improve outcomes.
