**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are currently recruiting for a Connectivity Solutions Coordinator, for a 12-month contract. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless asset connectivity for our customers. By managing telematics subscriptions, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining compliance with data governance policies, you will directly contribute to delivering exceptional equipment management, productivity, and safety services.
**Your key responsibilities will include the following**:
- Coordinate and activate telematics and service subscriptions while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial alignment.
- Work closely with Customer Solutions, sales, and support teams to maintain relevant subscription offerings.
- Uphold Caterpillar Data Governance policies and secure digital authorizations for connectivity.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide accurate quotations and invoicing.
- Stay updated on new offerings and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
