**The Company**
- Our client is a leading inbound tour operator and currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.
- Be part of a fun and professional team while managing their South Pacific Tour Operations Team

**About the role**
- Supervise and mentor coordinators
- Be hands on in delivering a high level of tour services
- Grow and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships
- Oversee the preparation of final client documentation
- Provide high-level support in the event of significant issues

**The Must Haves**
- Previous travel industry experience, preferably with a tour operator or in the wholesale travel sector
- Excellent time management skills, working well under pressure and displaying efficient multitasking abilities
- Strong people management experience
- High level of Excel skills
