**Salary**: Circa $85,000pa plus salary sacrifice up to $15,900.

**What would I be doing?**
- ** Leading** a team to conduct audits across CPL's service programs, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and we meet all quality standards.
- ** Playing** a key role in implementing our risk management strategy, promoting a proactive approach to minimizing risks and safeguarding our clients and staff.
- ** Coordinating** external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards like the NDIS Practice Standards.
- ** Analysing** data to identify trends and risk areas, informing our audit strategy and driving continuous improvement.
- ** Staying** up to date on legislative changes and industry best practices, keeping CPL at the forefront of quality service delivery.

**We're looking for someone who**:
Has demonstrable experience managing and leading internal audit, assurance, and compliance activities, preferably in the disability sector.
Possesses a strong understanding of risk management principles and can promote a positive risk culture.Has experience working with external auditors on compliance assessments against industry standards.
 - Boasts excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
Hold relevant risk and/or audit qualifications.
Be able to travel as needed for compliance activities and staff training.Possess a current driver's license with regular access to a vehicle.
 - Have a Working with Children Check (QLD) or Working with Children Check (NSW) and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
