About the Role

As Senior Risk and Compliance Uplift Advisor you will:

  • Work with the GM Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices
  • Shape and embed frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls
  • Build capability within the risk and compliance team
  • Influence and guide senior leaders

*Initial contract of six months with a strong likelihood of extension.*

About You

You bring:

  • 7+ years' experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles
  • Strong capability in implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
  • Relevant qualifications (CRMA or similar highly regarded)
  • Experience uplifting both processes and people within complex or regulated environments
