Right now, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People and Culture Team.

**_ So, what does this opportunity look like? _**

As the HR Business Partner, you will develop and guide employee relations, HR initiatives and programmes of work that support the key brand, profit, revenue, visitation and market share objectives for SkyCity Adelaide, with a particular focus on a portfolio of department managers.

**_ You'll bring:_**

ER, IR and HR knowledge that is leading edge, in line with current best practice recommendations and fit for purpose, having regard to the commercial requirements of the business. Your ability to develop strong relationship management focus that facilitates a high level of trust between operational managers and People and Culture team. Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner position, ideally in a hospitality/entertainment industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with your strong attention to detail. Your professional presentation with high level interpersonal skills, to be a brand ambassador for SkyCity.

**_ The must haves:_**
- A relevant HR degree (preferable) and around 5 years' HR experience in a large, fast paced environment
- Resilient, unflappable with the ability to think and act at pace.
- Experience running performance management and disciplinary processes
- Experience of building and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent communication and enjoy building relationships
