**About the role**:
We have two opportunities as a District Sales Manager. Looking after your delegated location around Australia. You will be based at the head office in Coomera, travel interstate as required and be responsible for maximizing your distribution and dealer networks.

**Duties**
- Achieve the wholesale and retail unit and PAC sales target (in value) for the responsible region, maximizing Telwater’s business opportunities and contributing to the long term business success.
- Identify full market potential and develop dealer network to maximize sales potential and or increase profitability year after year.
- Leverage Telwater’s strategic objectives to maximize dealer network engagement & profitability.
- Provide support to the network in terms of commercial & promotional activities for Quintrex, Stacer, Savage and Yellowfin boats, Move trailers and Telwater PAC

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with a dealer & distributor network
- Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast paced and high growth environment
- Excellent customer orientation, influencing & presentation skills
- Experience in the marine, powersports or motorized vehicle industry would be advantageous
- Strong computer skills: SAP knowledge a plus
- University degree or equivalent commercial qualification would be desirable
