**How will I help?**
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team within the IT, Sales, and Operations space. As the Project Coordinator, you will provide first line coordination and administration support to our many projects. You will work with members of the team to support our Customer and Operations Strategy aiming to build-on our first-class service to our divisions and modernise our branches across Australia.
This role would suit an energetic, enthusiastic, methodical, and super organised individual who thinks on their feet and is adaptable to a broad range of stakeholders.
**Core Responsibilities in the role include**:
- Assist the relevant stakeholders in delivering project outcomes in accordance with the project plan by providing coordination and administration support including setup, execution, control, reporting of specific project tasks.
- Coordinating team meetings, including agenda, minute taking (as appropriate), book rooms, organising equipment.
- Managing the SLAs of our Vendors
- Prepare communications and draft content for change initiatives and BAU activities.
- Assisting in the approval process for funding requests, invoices etc.
- Manage change risk and compliance obligations.
- Act as primary point of contact for the team to assist and resolve ad-hoc queries and requests.
- Inventory management for Mobile devices and technology.
- Keep team up to date with Group news, operational bulletins, releases and changes to support technology and other areas of the business.
**What do I need?**
- An interest in technology and a passion for customer service.
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a team support role working on or assisting projects and providing a broad spectrum of project coordination and administrative assistance.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Growth mindset and not afraid of a challenge.
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments.
