Join our collaborative SMSF team in the Gold Coast as a Client Services Officer We're seeking a motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards
- Attend to tasks within the Beginner skill set, providing excellent support to clients
- Provide general support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Preparation of documents for signing, and ensuring timely lodgement of tax returns
- Finalisation of client invoicing
- Managing client correspondence via paper and electronic methods

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
