Client Services Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Client Services Officer to join the team.
Our client are a strong technology platform who are well-recognised across the financial services space. They have experienced strong continual growth and success, and have strategically channeled their commitment to delivering exceptional solutions to the industry.
In this role, you would work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service, focusing on quality service and maximizing customer experience.
**You would enjoy responsibility for**:
- Being the point of contact for clients, answering incoming calls and enquiries
- Processing transactions, administering operations, including to facilitate and support transitions
- Utilizing effective problem-solving and time management skills in client service operations
- Actively managing client relationships and client account management
- Work to comply with all procedures, and processes to meet compliance obligations
You will have demonstrated experience with;
- Working in contact centre environments servicing high call and chat volumes
- Working in a financial services organisation, specifically Superannuation/IDPS or Managed Funds
- Strong communication skills
- Self/time management and ability to prioritize
