**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
This role is part of the Sales team supporting across the Coles and Woolworths accounts. In this role, you will be providing administrative sales support to the National Account Managers, with account processes and procedures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with the National Account Management to streamline sales processes and provide any assistance in the management and resolution of daily queries
- Assist in resolving any retailer’s in-store issues (e.g. missing point of sale, Coty stand maintenance or delivery issues) through coordination with the National Field Team and the Customer Service Team
- Monitor all sales orders and work cross-collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure orders are dropped with full accuracy and priority
- Collate launches on the brand activity calendars, prepare monthly promotional communications to relevant stakeholders and carry out compliance checks
- Manage new line submissions and paperwork in line with range review timelines, ensuring accuracy of data
- Work closely with internal e-Comm team and retailers to ensure product information is up to date on retailer websites
- Prepare and distribute Out of Stock Reports, Deletions and Planogram updates to all relevant stakeholders for all brands
- Lead in-store and digital activations process dealing with retailers and internal stakeholders (including organising artworks and contents)

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- HSC/tertiary qualifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administration role
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel skills at an intermediate to high level
- Strong analytical & numeric skills with Aztec/Nielsen/SAP Business Intelligence knowledge a plus
- Background/experience in Grocery, FMCG or Beauty will be beneficial
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills
