**About the Role**

We are currently seeking experienced Managers for permanent full time roles (working 45 hours over 5 days per week) in various locations across Sydney. The Assistant Grocery Store Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting with operating the store.
- Supporting the Store Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets
- Accountability for managing the fresh fruit, vegetables and flower display
- Manage the store on the days in which the Store Manager is not present
- Display exceptional customer service and people management skills
- Contribute to all aspects of store operations: serving customers and stacking shelves
- Assist with managing and leading a highly competent team
- Comply with Workplace Health and Safety policies
- Live the company values and instil them in the team

**Skills and Experience**
- Have experience working in a management role with a grocery retailer
- Reliable and friendly, with exceptional customer service skills
- Display a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and be left to work unsupervised
- Possesses excellent knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety guidelines
- Possess passion and enthusiasm, with a love for what you do and a willingness to go the extra mile
