
Ict Account Manager

As an ICT Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires strong knowledge of ICT products and services, market conditions, and a deep understanding of client needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with client onboarding, registration, and transactions, ensuring adherence to compliance processes and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Manage initial contact and lead management in a timely manner, forging strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and trust.
- Convert leads into tradable clients and manage existing client relationships, including regular touchpoints and identifying future trading opportunities.
- Compile lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources.
- Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities, promoting ICT goods and services.
**Sales and Market Analysis**:
- Acquire and update knowledge of the company’s and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
- Assess customers' needs and explain the goods and services that best meet their needs.
- Promote and sell ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, completing contracts, recording orders, and arranging the delivery of goods and installation of equipment.
Team Cohesion and Support:
- Lead by example in terms of independence, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with additional team members as the company grows, fostering cross-departmental relationships of trust and respect.
Operational Excellence:
- Achieve set activity metrics and goals, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting client expectations.
- Maintain current knowledge of the market and trends, contributing to strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
- Report to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Implement and adhere to best-in-class compliance processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed notetaking on the company’s CRM system, facilitating effective communication and compliance monitoring.
Customer Satisfaction and After-Sales Service:
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arrange modifications, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of business expenses incurred, ensuring thorough documentation.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in meeting client needs and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the determination of objectives within the required area of expertise, advising on complex activities and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the finance and banking sector. (Preferably 1+ years)
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of compliance processes and regulations.
This role will be based at either our Sydney office at The Pier at Dawes Point or our Gold Coast headquarters in Southport.
