Our client specialises in the areas of building and construction, planning and environment, resumption law, property and strata law, and dispute resolution. They have a construction lawyer role available with a Senior Associate title due to their busy practice and organic growth. Construction lawyers with 3 years or more PAE are welcome to apply.

**About the position**:

- Litigious focus and providing legal services to medium to large-sized builders, contractors, developers, strata owners and managers, business owners and individuals
- This role will see you involved in the full gamut of matters including front end advisory and strategic planning.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years or more PAE in a construction practice or from an in-house private or Government sector practice
- Both front and back-end experience
- Commercial mindset and a flair for relationship development within clients
- Comfortable running matters with mínimal supervision and dealing directly with clients
