Lawyer - Construction Litigation

We represent a leading independent Australian corporate law firm who are seeking a high level junior construction disputes lawyer.
Their construction practice is widely regarded as a leading group in the domestic market and advises clients on a range of high profile and complex construction litigation matters.
**The Team**
Our client's team undertakes some of the most complex and significant infrastructure, construction, engineering and mining projects across the Asia Pacific Region.
The team specialises in a a full complement of construction matters, including:
- Advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of projects;
- Contract administration and interpretation;
- All forms of construction claims;
- Alternative dispute resolution.
**The Role**
This role will see you working with high profile partners, including industry leading construction partners in Sydney. you will have the opportunity to act for a range of clients including financiers, project managers, consultants and government agencies.
You will be responsible for advising a range of clients on a mix of dispute resolution and litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination work.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the teams supervising partner as well as other lawyers at various levels. In addition you gain opportunities for mentoring and guidance to help you reach your full potential.
**Requirements**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience with construction and/or construction disputes work;
- The ability to develop an internal network outside of the practice group
