**The Firm & The Role**

Our client is a leading global law firm and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced construction litigation lawyer with at lest 2 years post admission experience.

This team is consistently highly ranked at the top of the legal tables. The firm and this particular team’s client base is stellar and consists of local and international clients, Tier 1 construction companies, environment consultancies, mining and energy companies, government agencies.

The role will see you working on major construction litigation, building defects litigation, SOPs, adjudications, complex engineering disputes, arbitrations and mediations.

This role would suit the construction litigation lawyer who wants to take the next important step in their career or the experienced commercial disputes lawyer who wants to pivot into a construction litigator.

**About You**

- Have at least 2 years pae in the area of construction litigation, gained from a reputable law firm or in-house environment
- Have strong litigation, advising and negotiation skills
- Be able to foster strong client relationships
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Have the ability to think creatively
- Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
