Project Lawyers is a specialist boutique law firm operating in areas of planning and environment, building and construction, strata and property, compulsory acquisition, corporate advisory and commercial law, dispute resolution and litigation. We are located in the Sydney CBD.

Role Description

Th
e team at Project Lawyers has extensive experience in all aspects of planning and construction law, and this role will see you providing strategic advice and services to developers, builders, architects, contractors, investors, strata managers and property owners on a wide range of matters.

Skills & Experience

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in a planning and environment and/or construction practice or from an in-house private or Government sector practice. You will have worked on both front and back end matters during your career. You will have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, a passion for client service, a commercial mindset and a flair for relationship development within clients, within the team and throughout the firm.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years PAE
  • Committed to contributing to a positive team culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also handling tasks autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong client-centred problem-solving and research skills
  • Effective advocacy skills
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise advice to clients in both written and verbal forms
