**Skills & experience**

You will be a **building & construction lawyer** who would like to join a **commercial disputes team** of a mid-tier law firm.

**Your new role**

Work with two Partners who do not take themselves too seriously and enjoy a life outside of private practice.

As a **skilled litigator you will act in arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations**. Alternatively, if you would prefer front-end work only, this can also be accommodated. As such, you will have a working knowledge of the _Home Building Act, 1989 _(NSW)_ and the Building & Construction Industry Security for Payment Act, 1999_ (NSW).
