**THE ROLE**
As part of our diverse team based in **Sydney**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.
Joining our team of case managers will be both rewarding and fulfilling as you support injured workers in their journey of getting their lives back on track. Utilising your experience in Mental Health Support work, you will be able to adapt your skillset in a supportive environment with a focus on career progression. Your portfolio will consist of both physical and psychological claims, and we provide full training to ensure you are equipped from the very start.
This will be a **permanent** position commencing **as soon as possible **based in the **Sydney George Street **office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days, once fully trained.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Help those affected by a psychological or physical injury in the workforce, guiding them through the recovery journey
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders including the injured person, their employer, medical professionals as well as other third parties
- Manage end-to-end claims process, which may include determining the claim liability, implementing recovery and return to work outcomes, etc
**ABOUT YOU**
- You will be comfortable having difficult conversations, in a supportive and empathetic manner
- Experience in a mental health care, allied health, or disability support (such as case management) will be highly advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders
- Resilient and ability to work well under pressure
