**THE ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Case Managers to transition to Trinity and work with one of EML’s Specialised Insurance business specialising in Catholic Churches and their associated institutions. This unique portfolio provides a rewarding and challenging opportunity in the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme.

As a Case Manager, you will work with a portfolio of physical and psychological claims, liaising with multiple stakeholders to manage the end-to-end claims process. This may include determining the claim liability, managing treatment, processing payments, attending case conferences and implementing recovery and return to work outcomes. Your empathetic and supportive approach will help injured workers navigate the recovery journey with confidence.

These will be **permanent**, **full-time** positions based in the **Sydney CBD **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive insurance claims management experience preferred
- You will be comfortable having difficult conversations, in a supportive and empathetic manner
- Ability to work well within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders
- Resilient and ability to work well under pressure
