We are currently recruiting within the federal government for an APS6 Case Manager

**Your new company**

Implements a national insurance scheme that supports Australians living with a disability as well as their families and their carers.

**Your new role**
- Is a team leadership position where you will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a range fo activities
- You will provide control, resource management and planning within your work area
- You'll be accountable for exercising both initiative and professional judgements to interpret legislation and policy.
- Will involve undergoing end to end case management activities and develop options for early case resolution
- Attendance to case conferences and hearings will be required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience coaching, coordinating and supporting the development of other individual's knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Are able to develop an action plan for yourself and others
- Experience in case management
