The Administration Support Officer will manage the customer liaison and job billing of the Facility Services team in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Operations & Scheduling Analyst and Contracts Administrator. Supporting the team to carry out gardening, cleaning, and general facilities maintenance and to monitor job competition through to invoicing the customer to ensure excellent customer services. This role supports delivery of services Nationally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain appropriate customer and job completion reporting as required by various customers.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and data input, including service records, accounts payable/receivable, and billing.
- Be the point of contact for all Fin Ops related matters, including processing invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support Aruma teams in gathering information for internal or external audits.
- Identify any systems or documentation gaps, recommending new processes or systems to support better customer outcomes.

**About you**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide feedback and facilitate accurate and timely communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain appropriate documentation and data input, including service records, accounts payable/receivable, and billing.
- Familiarity with procurement and expenditure processes, and the ability to monitor and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and adopt new systems and technology to support business and customer requirements.
- Knowledge of field services apps for roster and scheduling of teams.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use appropriate systems to facilitate business performance outcomes.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance and a confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccinations.
