These class leading services are delivered to our valued clients via a network of 35 offices and depots located in mainland capital cities and major regional centres by a dedicated workforce of some 3,500 working in key industries right across Australia.
**About the role**
**Key responsibilities**
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Conducting background checks
- Preparing regularly scheduled reports
- Work closely within our recruitment team while providing office administration support.
**Essential to the Role**:
- At least 12 month's Administration experience
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to manage and prioritise workload given a constant range of issues, tight deadlines and competing demands
- Ability to work in high pressure situations and to work in a team or autonomously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with FastTrack 360 or earlier versions would be an advantage but not essential
