**We are seeking Administration Officers to join our SALHN Operations Centre Team on an ongoing basis**
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Advanced Nursing Director Operations, as the Administration Officer duties for the role will include:
- Ensure all telephone and/or over the counter enquiries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Assisting in collating and identifying trends from collected data as required
- Ensuring prompt accurate data entry of IP visits from the Statewide Interfacility Transfer (SIFT) system to EMR
- Providing courteous and personable customer service
- Assisting Bed Managers with EMR data entry including patient transfers
- Primarily weekend and after hours work available
**About you**:
- Experience in establishing and maintaining appropriate records and filing systems
- High level of personal organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work as a member of a team and individually
