Administration Assistant/receptionist

We are looking for an administrative assistant to assist with the efficient running of a small legal office in Bedford (7 kms north of the Perth CBD).

You will have sound literacy, numeracy and typing skills.

Your duties will include all aspect of assisting with the administration and running of the office, including but not limited to, opening client files, answering phones, making client bookings, banking and receipting monies, filing, typing, greeting clients and keeping the office neat and tidy.

You will preferably have a car for various outside jobs from time to time.

Experience in accounts or bookkeeping would be an advantage.

You will be employed initially on a casual basis for a probationary period. Your pay will be commensurate with your experience.

Your hours of work will be from 8.30am-5.00pm each day. Part time hours are available.

We offer a small friendly work environment and free on site parking.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
