**Join our Respiratory Nursing Service Team as a Administration Officer**

The Respiratory Function Unit at Flinders Medical Centre is part of a southern network of respiratory and sleep services in metropolitan Adelaide.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Respiratory Clinical Practice Consultant, this role is responsible for the respiratory Nursing Service by the provision of high quality clerical and administrative support to staff and clients. Duties for the role will include:

- Demonstrating appropriate behaviours which reflect a commitment to the Department of Health values and strategic directions,
- Undertaking keyboard and reception duties, including word processing, publishing, power point, EPAS and service specific databases,
- Regularly updating knowledge and attend training sessions (as required) learning new equipment and software,
- Commitment to delivering high quality and safe care consistent with the SALHN Integrated Governance Framework and Consumer Engagement Framework and Plan.

**About you**:

- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative, judgment and common sense in performing duties,
- Possess flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to cope with changing work requirements,
- High level of interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills,
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form, with a broad range of people in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
