ACESGroup has an exciting opportunity for a full time Recruitment Officer to join our Talent Operations team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment and administration tasks whilst working closely and collaboratively with our Rostering Team.

This role will focus on recruiting and the on-boarding of all new staff from a variety of roles that include but are not limited to, Security Officers, Event Staff, Traffic Controllers and Head Office positions.

This is a fun and exciting role that you will find that no two days are the same. You will be involved in Recruitment Projects where you will proactively be communicating with our stakeholders and attend sites to understand the business/recruitment needs and provide the necessary support needed.

**To be Successful,**
- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced 360 recruitment role, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and on-boarding
- Great communication skills (both verbal and written) excellent phone manner a must
- Process driven, is quick at learning and following company processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain both internal and external relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities and meet expected deadlines
