**Job description - Sales Development Representative**
In this sales development representative role, you will be responsible for converting customers into long-term partners and ensure they understand the true value of this AI tool to their broking operations.

This onboarding function of the SaaS team is fast-growing and the right person will be driven and ready to hit the ground running.

**Job responsibilities - Onboarding Specialist**
The sales development representative will have the following tasks, but not be limited to:

- Converting brokers to paying customers showcasing the value proposition
- Tailoring an onboarding experience for each mortgage broker
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g development) to gather customer feedback and improve the user experience
- Success will be measured through conversion rates
