This role will be responsible for:
The Product Manager position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing innovative solutions to deliver clear and demonstrable value to Opteon’s technology products and the business.
- This will be achieved by working with key internal and external stakeholders to; identify opportunities, quantify benefits, define solutions, prioritise features and product enhancements and execute the delivery plan in accordance with the Product Roadmap.
The role will be accountable to develop and articulate a clear product roadmap and delivery strategy aligned with the company's overall goals/performance and market trends, whilst being responsible for ownership and management of the Product Backlog. The role be responsible for leading cross functional delivery teams throughout the system development lifecycle and will lead the facilitation of Agile ceremonies. The role will identify opportunities for improvement based on user needs, assess value, define product features, and write technical specifications for custom software development and system integration.
About you- Tertiary qualification in Technology, business, property, or related discipline-
- Previous experience in business analyst or product management-
- A positive and professional manner.-
- Ability to translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and communicate them to product & development teams.-
- Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills; capacity to identify challenges, generate solutions and make decisions that balance used needs, business goals and technical feasibility-
- Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking and planning, including ability to develop delivery plans and roadmaps.-
- Demonstrated experience documenting and executing test cases and acceptance criteria-
- High degree of technical aptitude with experience in software development and solution design-
- You have a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs; You display empathy and patience in all interactions with customers-
