**About us**

Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.

**About you**

We are looking for a creative problem solver who's passionate about producing garments that speak to our Ghanda customer, with experience across production, design or pattern making. Someone ready to jump in headfirst, with the ability to work autonomously, drive creative solutions and develop top-quality garments for our customers.

**A day in the life**

The role will sit within the production team, working alongside our product developers and designers. As a PRODUCTION SPECIALIST, your daily tasks may include:

- Manage Critical Path dates to ensure key production deadlines met
- Manage Production Schedules with suppliers & production team to ensure visibility of current production
- Manage Ship Dates with suppliers to ensure ex-factory dates are met
- Manage Costings for all Ghanda Product
- Daily communication with suppliers
- Regular QC checks
- Attend Ghanda sessions to help problem solve potential fit/production issues
- Manage PO raising and amendments

**An ideal addition to the** #GhandaGang **will have**:

- A degree or higher qualification in a relevant field - Product Development or Fashion Design
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel & Word, with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is highly regarded
- Strong design fundamentals and garment construction knowledge
- A keen interest in fashion, design and surf/street lifestyle
