ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Productivity Manager to drive performance across our global store network. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that optimise how we use space, stock, fixtures and labour - ensuring every square metre of our retail footprint delivers maximum impact.

You'll lead the development and execution of productivity strategies that lift sales returns, enhance space efficiency, and enable data-driven growth across all brands and regions. Collaborating with senior leaders across Brand, Retail, and Property, you'll translate insights into actionable plans that improve how we work and sell.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


•    Proven experience in retail analytics, specifically space and fixture productivity.

•    Strong commercial acumen with the ability to financially evaluate and influence space-based decisions.

•    Experience working with senior leaders to drive change and embed strategic initiatives.

•    Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate recommendations and insights.

•    Previous experience leading a team and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

•    A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
