The Role

Reporting to a Product Manager, this is a terrific opportunity for a Product Analyst looking to work on software and product development in a remote team environment.
- The Product Analyst role is a key member of our Product Teams, working closely with the Product Manager and Solution Developers, and Scrum Master to continuously delivery new features and products that support our clients’ needs. The role is responsible for both product support for internal and external clients whilst also contributing to all phases of the system development lifecycle.

Working on an Agile environment, the role will be responsible for maintenance and administration of Product Backlog, with an ongoing focus on maintaining backlog health and ensuring priority aligns with business and product strategy. The role will document User Stories that clearly outline requirements and acceptance criteria of development features, work within the Scrum team to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of the Product Roadmap, and provide excellent service to our customers through timely actioning and escalation of support requests.

Aspects of the role:
To support the Product team in delivering innovative solutions and excellent service for our clients, both internal and external.-
- To contribute to the Product teams in delivery of the Product Roadmap through requirements gathering, user stories development & refinement, and supporting the development team throughout the sprint cycle.-
- To lead and/or support the facilitation of agile ceremonies, helping with coordination and planning of the product backlog and development teams to deliver in alignment with Product Roadmaps.-
- To ensure reliability and quality of our products by assisting with Quality Assurance and Testing processes as required-
- To manage support queries from our users escalated to Level 3-
- To support our users and their needs by providing training, workshops and project support as requiredAbout You

To be successful, you’ll have:
- Strong understanding of information technology and business concepts-
- Experience in Business Analyst, Project Management and/or Product Management domains-
- Demonstrated analytical skills-
- Strong process and people focus-
- Excellent customer service skillsExperience with data analysis, ETL and reporting with Excel or other data tools is desirable.-
- Good time management skills-
