Do you have a passion for administering Corporate onsite floor Facilities mixed with providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team

As our Back of house receptionist you will support the facilities Coordinator ensuring the Office team have all they need to operate their business.

This role oversees the maintenance of the real estate and facility services - including the coordination and monitoring of monthly preventative maintenance facilities requirements. Other key duties include data entry in the Procurement payment system, oversight of the Concierge processes including building pass management, daily liaison with contractors for minor works, cleaning inspections, assist with budget preparation, locker allocation and ensuring stationery areas and kitchens are maintained to a clean, safe & tidy environment. Occasional relief reception/ concierge coverage may be required.

Situated at our Corporate site in Adelaide's CBD you will report directly to the Senior Facility Manager and Sodexo Client Service Manager. Permanent Full time 38hrs per week. Rostered hours 8.00am to 4.00pm & 9.00am to 5.00pm, you will need to be able to work both rosters. $60,000 + super.
