**About the role - Permanent, Full-Time**

As the first point of contact for visitors to the corporate office, our receptionist is responsible for the smooth delivery of all front desk operations. We are seeking an experienced person with a warm, compassionate manner and the ability to multitask to ensure our clients, guests, and staff are well supported. This busy role is located in our Wayville head office which houses nearly 100 of our corporate and support staff, with additional offices nearby.

As a career receptionist you just love what you do You are warm, engaging and highly motivated to deliver outstanding customer service. You enjoy working autonomously as part of a broader team and your can-do attitude means that no task is too much trouble for you.

Your friendly, confident and helpful nature will shine through when you use your experience to navigate the complex switchboard, and if you don’t know the answer to something, this will not phase you as you are resourceful and will use your initiative and networking skills to find the answer you need.

In addition to the above, you will bring the following to the position:

- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the community services sector
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a busy work environment
- Competence in the use of contemporary office technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams
- Values that align to a value based Christian organisation ethos

- Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
