**The role**
Our Adelaide office is currently seeking a Receptionist / Relief Secretary to join our national Reception Team on a part-time or full-time basis (minimum 4 days a week). This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both our clients and people at all levels within the firm.
The role will involve responsibilities in:
- Managing our busy Reception area.
- Meeting room and event set up, including organising catering, managing room bookings, stock ordering and ensuring Tech needs are met.
- Administrative support.
- Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents.
