**Main duties**:

- Providing customer service support to 40 national store locations
- Follow documented incident and problem management procedures
- Generate reports

**Experience and Qualification Required**:

- High level of customer service experience
- Understanding your way around a DSLR camera (bonus)
- Understanding of photography and lighting (bonus)

**Skills**:

- Highly developed communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with business, technical and supplier personnel at all organisational levels.
- Attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- A positive 'can do' attitude and emotional maturity

**The Offer**:
