As the Wholesale Coordinator at Ginger & Smart, the critical path is your backbone, you champion the importance of data integrity in your daily role and you play an active part is moving the company towards greater integration and system efficiencies but above all else, the customer is key.

Reporting to General Manager, you will build solid relationships with key partners including global sales agents and distributors, and negotiate profitable business outcomes as well as work collaboratively with these stakeholders to ensure our product brand vision is executed in line with our strategy.

**About the role...**
- Be the Niche Super User and ensure the platform is ready for sales for all regions prior to launch
- The distribution of all sales samples, sales and marketing collateral and any other sales tools are dispatched and delivered within 1 week of receipt
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes to safeguard the business against errors with sales orders
- Manage data integrity through Niche and the ERP in line with company process and procedures
- Understand global critical path timeline at a detailed level and proactively engage with relevant departments and international offices to achieve DIFOT expectations
- You are the customer service ambassador and build a reputation that people can rely on (sales teams, independent accounts, consumer enquiries)
- You have consistent and frequent communication with all global showrooms and play a role in ensuring they are set up for success (e.g. sales operations, pre-sales, DIFOT, sales support)

**About you**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Efficient and highly organised
- Niche experience desirable
- AP21 experience is highly regarded
- You must have full Australian working rights and be Sydney based or willing to relocate
