**About the role**:
We have an exciting NEW position available within our growing Nude Lucy team as a Sales & Product Coordinator. Reporting into National Sales and Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting setup, expansion, and growth of sales & profit via Wholesale and Retail. This includes all communication and day to day running of Wholesale Major accounts, as well as liaising with our external Sales Agencies. You will work closely with the Wholesale Manager, VM & Marketing departments, as well as external Retailers to offer key relationship support as well as develop analysis to maximise profit.

This role will ensure Nude Lucy Wholesale is maximised in their current channels by constantly trading the brands with the respective buyers and keeping solid dialogue with agents to ensure all key accounts are covered in terms of product, promotions and deliveries. This is a full time permanent position, located in our Nude Lucy HQ in Alexandria, NSW.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Day to day admin duties supporting the External Regional sales agents and Sales Manager.
- Responsible for preparing all sales collateral for agents including order forms & line sheets, in collaboration with the design team.
- Always ensuring sales agents are kept up to date with all range information for our stockists.
- Managing sample inventory (proactive sample labelling and allocating for agents, buyer meetings and special events) and assist with range releases and showroom set up.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to gather content and provide approved collateral for stockists & distribution of said collateral
- Management of product enrichment for Major Customers (EG David Jones Vendorpath)
- Assisting with E-Commerce photoshoots, inclusive of sample organisation
- Keeping the Design team updated on feedback for product opportunities and trends to maximise on sales.
- Reviewing shipments, orders, changes in distribution and deliveries for each account
- communicating this to team and customers
- Securing and ensuring fulfilment of all orders in a timely fashion.
- Day to day execution of tasks related to key accounts: sample coordination, catalogue creation, order entry, supplier set ups.
- Manage the inflow and output of all requests, ensuring deadlines and expectations of Wholesale Partners and internal stakeholders are met, prioritising focus to high sales / return partners and activities.
- Working with Logistics, Finance, and IT to ensure each step in Wholesale process is adhered to.
- Weekly Reporting: Responsible for running and distributing weekly reports including distribution of Free Stock Reports to agents and customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Post launch review of new partners: collate, analyse and share the Wholesale partner's launch activity, images, sales results and key learnings.
- Assist Wholesale Manager with workings and analysis around sales and events, and ad hoc reporting.
- Post Season Review: Responsible for set up and updating of quarterly post season data.
- Monitor orders status for all specialty and major accounts.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure all customer payments are up to date and reconciled in a timely manner.
- Review credit blocks and resolve when necessary.
- Oversee Shop in Shop at David Jones Miranda, including Bi-Weekly visits to ensure Brand is represented to the highest standard & Manage external Visual Merchandisers within David Jones
- Undertake fortnightly store visits both to Glue and Majors (David Jones and Stylerunner) to ensure brands are well represented and feedback where necessary
- Management of Major Accounts within business, ensuring showings are booked, collateral is sent, and orders are processed.
