**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Telesales for Portwest, you will be based in our Melbourne office and you will bring your PPE and/or workwear sales experience to sell Portwest products to distributors across Australia. You will open new and develop existing distribution channels in this fast-paced internal sales position. You should be able to work independently but also collaborate with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager to continue to build upon the company’s success in the region.

Among your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and managing new and low spend accounts
- Identifying new opportunities to deepen customer relations and develop existing accounts.
- Providing relevant and accurate information to customers
- Helping maintain customer loyalty to Portwest
- Providing pricing and quotes
- Offer new and existing products, completing visit reports.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

To become a Telesales representative for Portwest, you will need to have the following:

- Good communication skills and be able to work well to deadlines
- PPE/ Workwear industry knowledge or similar
- Good decision-making skills and be customer focused
- PC Literate
- Ability to multi
- task and be a good problem solver
