NRG7 is offering an opportunity for motivated, outgoing and experienced Appointment Setters or Tele Sales Consultants to work with a well-established Australian Owned and Operated company. We are representing high demanding products and major national brands in a Solar, LED lights and Hot Water system. Also our sister company which promotes Telecommunication and Electricity products Our Office is located in Kensington, VIC with 2 train stations just at 3-5 min walk.

Progression is there for the people who are hungry for it and money for those who want to spend more.

**The Role**
- Discuss and assess requirements with resident and business owners
- Qualifying the customers based on criteria provided by company
- Close qualified leads over the phone
- Overcome objections with quality conversations
- Provide recommendations to meet the needs of the customer
- Admin and clerical task related to sales
- Assisting team members in day to day activity

**To be successful....**
- Previous experience in Appointment Setting or Telesales within Solar, LED lights, Telecommunication or Electricity Industry is required ( Experience within Australia is mandatory)
- Available Monday to Friday, flexible hours
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional manner with strong relationship building skills
- A strong desire to progress
- Punctual and want to be part of team
- No absenteeism
- Healthy and Optimistic
- Experience in Social Media Marketing will be helpful

- Base Salary plus commissions plus bonuses
- Fortnightly payment cycle
- Potential to earn upto $2000 a week for capable person

**Salary**: $50,660.00 - $79,782.21 per year
