**You'll be responsible for**- Performing change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis, to ensure thorough planning of change initiatives.- Leading or contributing to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach, informed by the completed change analysis.- Identifying and addressing potential people-related risks and areas of resistance, devising specific plans to mitigate concerns.- Developing actionable and focused change management plans, such as change leadership, communication, and education/training plans.- Conducting readiness assessments to prepare employees for the transition to new work practices.**About you**- Demonstrated experience as a generalist Change Manager with experience across multiple projects within insurance or banking/financial services and or consulting experience supporting a complex/large corporate environment is essential.- Experience in driving large-scale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.- Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.- Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.- Possesses a keen attention to detail, completing tasks thoroughly and accurately, and swiftly identifying errors or inconsistencies within information.
