**Position Summary**

It also requires someone with Audio & Video implementation (Cisco to Neat bar) experience and provide support to produce internal events including sound mixing, video direction, camera operation, broadcast to web platforms such as MS teams.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Understand requirements, goals, and constraints to translate insights into business recommendations to implement Nexthink
- Perform feasibility studies, design automation solutions, and create and maintain workflows
- View all collaboration tools dashboards enables users to see the Collaboration Tools module and associated dashboards.
- Write and execute Splunk queries, develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, manage PC infrastructure, and collaborate with ServiceNow
- Implement, support, and maintain Nexthink, design and implement solutions, develop and deploy custom dashboards, and analyze data
- Monitoring DEX Scores, creating recommendations for improvement
- Creating relevant alerts, dashboards, Remote Actions to fix common issues in the environment for business
- Creating Campaigns for alerting, survey and well-being of employee
- Ensuring Hardware resources are performing well and sized according to the Organization standards
- Perform regular health checks in terms of Hierarchy, Nexthink user's RBAC, Collector connectivity
- Ensure Platform and Collectors are up to date and fully connected
- Manage Amplify enables users to configure the Amplify Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integration browser extension. It requires the Data Privacy to be set to None or Anonymous users.
- Network Cable Testing, Hardware reboots, Inventory services, Rack and stack.
- Smart hands support for global Network team for Network / Analog Telephone / Video Conference /Printer device configuration support for global NS team (pre-config, shipping, peripheral set-up / console access & etc.) May include physical racking, cabling and decommission if 3rd party vendor is not commissioned.
- Attend/Report/Present in the meetings as and when necessary. Provide regular updates to the IT project team and client.
- Provides guidance to user groups who wants to use the space for their events in self-service
- Provides support to produce internal events including: sound mixing, video direction, camera operation, broadcast to web platforms such as MS teams or Webex. Individual will be assisted by resources when not physically possible to run on his/her own.
- Provide direction to 3rd party AV vendor when producing a large and complex event.
- Shows both customer oriented and assertive personal skills to ensure events runs smoothly

**Salary Range**:>$100,000
